For purposes of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (“LFPDPPP”) and other applicable laws, as a user of LobbyFix you agree that:

- You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Notice.

PERSONAL DATA THAT MAY BE COLLECTED
Information that may be collected when using LobbyFix:
- From visitors/users to the LobbyFix website and mobile applications: name, phone and email.
- From LobbyFix´s account holders: commercial name, corporate name, RFC, fiscal address, bank accounts, name of legal representative, date of birth, ID number, nationality, telephone and email.
- From visitors to LobbyFix-enabled facilities: name, email, purpose for the visit, identification photograph.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
We use your information to provide our service, for example, to welcome, approve or deny, and to track visitors in LobbyFix-enabled facilities. We also use your information to improve our services, for example, to analyze usage patterns, and visitor traffic trends.
MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA
LobbyFix, and any service providers we work with, have implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data, You can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending an email to info@lobbyfix.com, indicating in the body of mail your full name and what data you wish not to be disclosed. Upon such notice, your information will be removed from the system.
MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO RIGHTS)
As a user of LobbyFix (or their legal representative) you may send an email to info@lobbyfix.com at any time to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”). To exercise the ARCO Rights, you (or your legal representative) must submit an application, identifying yourself with the following documentation:
- Your name
- Your Address
- Documents that prove your identity (IFE/INE or Passport).
- A description of the information / data on which you are seeking to exercise your ARCO rights and the right(s) you would like to exercise.
If one or more of the aforementioned documents is not included, and/or the documents have errors or omissions, LobbyFix will notify you within 3 (three) business days following receipt of the request and ask for the missing and/or corrected documents. You will have 5 days from that notification to provide the updated information. If you do not respond within 5 days, the request will be deemed as not filed.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
If necessary, LobbyFix may share your personal data with its contracted service providers and third parties to carry out the activities linked to the products and services of LobbyFix. If required by law, LobbyFix may disclose your information to the competent authorities in terms of the applicable legislation. Any transfer of your personal data will be done in accordance with Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
MEANS FOR WHICH LOBBYFIX WILL COMMUNICATE THE CHANGES OF THE PRIVACY NOTICE
At LobbyFix, we reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time. In such case, LobbyFix will publish said modifications on its website www.lobbyfix.com and will indicate the last update date. We recommend periodically visiting the website to review the current version of the Privacy Notice.
